Ameresco Updates:
The City of Brockton has embarked on generational projects aimed at preserving two of its most beautiful and historically significant buildings: City Hall, built in 1892, and the War Memorial Building, dedicated on June 20, 1930. These projects are part of a broader initiative to enhance City buildings, and lighting projects throughout Brockton. Ameresco's partnership with the City of Brockton to preserve and modernize some of the City’s most treasured buildings. Through this collaboration, Ameresco has been instrumental in making these buildings more energy-efficient and healthier for their occupants and visitors.
Blue Energy Group Updates:
Blue Energy Group Expands Team
Blue Energy Group, a Louisville-based company specializing in energy tax incentives, announces two additions to the team: Frank Reinhart as a Business Development Director and John Robinson II as the Residential Energy Director. These new roles reflect the company's continued growth and will further expand Blue Energy Group’s ability to assist commercial and residential building owners, developers, and design firms in claiming energy-saving incentives.
Brightcore Updates:
Brightcore Energy announced that the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has produced a video showcasing the company’s work at The Beresford, a nearly century-old, co-op building on the National Register of Historic Places and a New York City designated landmark.
Brightcore Energy is leading the way in transforming sustainable heating and cooling solutions in Washington, D.C., with the installation of the city’s largest community-scale geothermal system at Barry Farm—a historically significant redevelopment project in Southeast D.C. This $5.5 million installation marks a major step toward energy efficiency and decarbonization for affordable housing in the District.

Wendel Updates
Wendel Celebrates 85th Anniversary
Wendel Completed a LED Street Lighting ESPC for the Village of Kenmore
Wendel was selected through a competitive RFP for an Energy Savings Performance Contract with the Village to convert the streetlights and parking lot lights to LED technology. The Village selected Wendel due to its “open book” cost contracting approach, which included full transparency of all material and labor project costs, fees, and contingency funds.
