mwConnect and Project Partners Ascension Genesys Health Club and Best Lights Receive DOE’s Integrated Lighting Campaign Recognition at IES Annual Conference

Sacramento, Calif. August 20, 2024—mwConnect (formerly McWong International), a leading innovator in Bluetooth® mesh technology, has been recognized by the Integrated Lighting Campaign, along with project partners Ascension Genesys Health Club and Best Lights, for Advanced Sensors and Control and Innovative Finance Models for the project at the health club in central Michigan.

The ILC is a collaborative effort between DesignLights Consortium (DLC), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Lighting Controls Association (LCA), interNational Association of Lighting Management Companies® (NALMCO®), and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), which provides participants with guidance, technical assistance, and access to resources, as well as recognition for innovative lighting projects. The recognition was announced at the IES Annual Conference on August 16, 2024.
