About Heidi Kurtz

Prior to XPEL, Heidi spent over 8 years as Senior Director of Membership and Communications for the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO). During her tenure, NAESCO experienced significant growth in membership, sponsorship and member engagement.

A native Midwesterner, Heidi grew up in Michigan and Ohio and received a B.S. in Communications from Ohio University.  Last year, after living and working in Washington, D.C. for many years, she moved to southern Virginia where she lives with husband Robert, Tiger (dog) and Bacchus (cat).  When not busy working for XPEL, Heidi enjoys cycling, hiking, traveling and volunteering as a certified Virginia Master Naturalist.
