NAESCO Women's Network (NWN) announces new Mentorship Program - Call for Mentors & Mentees

The NAESCO Women's Network (NWN) has launched a new Mentorship Program! The program focuses on mentoring individual women at NAESCO member companies to better integrate them into the Energy Services industry. Mentoring provides an opportunity to share your expertise and make a meaningful impact on someone's career.

As a part of the new mentorship program, we are looking for both mentees and mentors to support our mentees.

Requirements for female MENTORS:

  1. Have a goal of supporting women in the energy services industry
  2. Commit 3-4 hours per quarter supporting your mentee
  3. Be an active NAESCO participant

Requirements for female MENTEES:

  1. Be employed by a NAESCO member company
  2. Commit 3-4 hours per quarter
  3. Be new to NAESCO or the ESCO industry
